From the moment we walked in for our first appointment until our almost sad to say it, last appointment today we were treated wonderfully and the care was top tier. My daughter needed some work done and we were referred here by our Ortho, they made the transfer over very easy and communicated everything. They helped erase any fears before, during and after the procedure. They were willing to work with us and even helped map out payment options. Desperately needed an implant so I called this place and was pleasantly surprised.The front desk ladies, Sam and Nikki, are always just as pleasant and kind in person as they are on the phone. Tai, the assistant, is one of the sweetest souls I’ve ever met. She walked me through everything and made sure I was well-informed. Dr Robinson is very knowledgeable and experienced. I most appreciate that he walked me through the entire procedure—with cool models—and answered my many questions with no hesitation. Like a great professor.My first visit was on a Friday and, by the following Monday, my implant base was installed. The entire procedure was pain-free and enjoyable. Actually left my procedure laughing and with a huge (numb) smile.As someone who has visited many dentist offices and invested over $20K in dental work over the last 3 years, this place is outstanding. Before I get into the gist of all this, I have been seeing other dentists who have totally botched diagnoses of certain aspects of my dental care. I was referred to Dr. Robinson‘s office by a patient of his that my wife knew. I learned to trust recommendations like this and this particular one was no different.I know you can be skittish about having a deep cleaning. I certainly was because I’ve never had one before.After my first visit, which was a general examination and consultation by the doctor, I felt at ease knowing that certain aspects other dentists told me about my teeth were unfounded.Doctor Robinson spent quite some time with my wife and I explaining what I needed to know.The day of the cleaning came. An exceptional technician by the name of Mary first made me feel at ease, and then explained everything that would be taking place.Instead of using The typical injection of Novacaine she used a deadening agent. That worked extremely well. My appointment was for the upper, but I was pleasantly surprised when she did that and the lower. I am extremely pleased with Dr. Robinson and his staff, and highly recommend his office. As a matter of fact, I’m not going to seek a regular dentist unless other type of work is required. Dr. Robinson‘s office can also do the routine cleaning that I need.
